❗ kofi comms & giveaway art will be based on a skeb-like communication instead (minimal)❗ If the client would like to use my artwork to train AI databases, please disclose this information to me upfront so I may provide my consent. The commission charge will be adjusted to accommodate this information. Thank you for your cooperation.
1. Upfront procedures
・Upfront payment via paypal is preferred
・Please provide a form of contact that you often check (e.g. a Twitter/Instagram account or an email that you often check)
・Please be as descriptive as possible & provide references for what you want in your commission

2. Sketch
・The sketch stage involves creating a very, very rough sketch of your commission (i.e. composition with rough shapes, confirming expressions, confirming colors, etc.)
・The level of detail provided in the screenshots during the Sketch stage varies depending on the complexity of your commission (i.e. simple commission = simple sketch; detailed commission = detailed sketch)
・Sketch commissions and kofi cheeb illustrations will skip the Sketch stage and proceed directly to the Finish stage
・Screenshots will be sent. Major changes at this stage is OK
・Please confirm that you are happy with the sketch before moving to the Creation stage❗️ Refunds are available up until the sketch is approved and ready to be moved into the Finish stage
3. Creation
・At this stage, only minor changes are allowed. major changes will now cost money
・please expect timely check-in's to show the current progress of your commissions
・please expect a turnover time of at least 1 month (turnover time will depend on the complexity of your commission)❗️ If I have been unable to work on your commission for a long time: if it has been 6 months since I have begun your commission without being able to finish and deliver it to you, refunds will be issued immediately
❗️ If I have been working on your commission, but there is consistent dissatisfaction from the client: If it has been 1 month since I have begun your commission, however you as the client have been expressing continuous dissatisfaction with the screenshots of proof throughout the Creation stage, despite having approved the sketch during the Sketch stage:
1. no refunds will be issued,
2. I will reclaim ownership of my sketch,
3. and it is recommended you bring the project to another artist that is a better fit for you and your vision──────────────
4. FINISH
・A non-watermarked 1) high quality image file and 2) transparent version will be sent to you via your provided form of contact
・By receiving your commission, your commissioned artwork will be posted publically as part of my commission portfolio
・Your handle/name/@ will be posted publically along with your commissioned artwork
・If you would like your handle/name/@ or commission to stay anonymous, please let me know

5. USAGE
・Please only use your commission for personal, non-resale use! Commercial usage must receive permission from me beforehand. prices will increase for commercial use.・Please properly credit me (@riririca_) if you ever use/post your commission! What counts as crediting?・Unless otherwise requested, I reserve the right to use your commission for public showcasing as samples on my portfolio and social media.

my Ko-fi comms are intended to be "skeb-like" aka. less communication heavy.
Therefore only about 2 conversations will occur for the most part:(1) initial confirmation
